CHEESY TUNA MELT

This is one of my favorite Lean & Green approved recipes for weight loss. It's so filling and leaves you feeling satisfied!.


 RECIPE: 

2 Cauliflower Thins Trader Joes or Outer Aisle

 2 Laughing Cow Lite Cheese Wedges

1 oz. Low fat Mexican cheese 

3 oz. Tuna 

1/4 cup celery 

3-4 slices tomato 

Handful Spring Mix Lettuce 

Seasoning of choice 

1. Mix tuna and cheese. Microwave 1 minute and stir. 

2. Add in celery and seasoning

3. Place mixture on thins, air fry 5-10 minutes at 400 degrees 

4. Add tomato and lettuce. Enjoy! 

MY MOST POPULAR PIZZA RECIPE

While this recipe isn't exactly for weight loss, it's a fantastic hack to having high calorie delivery pizza. The best part is you get to eat the whole pizza all by yourself!


RECIPE

1 piece Joseph's Lavash Bread

1/2 cup Rao's Tomato Basil Marinara

56g Mozzarella Cheese

17 slices Turkey Pepperoni

Italian Seasoning

 Layer all ingredients and cook for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees.

HIGH PROTEIN CRACK CHICKEN

There are endless possibilities to pair with this awesome dish. Eat it hot or cold. Mix with veggies, salad, or bake potato!


RECIPE

3 pounds chicken breast

8 oz. low fat cream cheese

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

1 cup low-fat shredded mexican cheese

1 Ranch seasoning packet

Throw all ingredients in the crockpot except the shredded cheese.

Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-6

Shred chicken after done cooking

Add shredded cheese, stir and enjoy!
